At 8 Tacos, we aim to bring the freshest, most delicious tacos straight to your door, quickly and reliably. Here’s how our delivery works:
Free Delivery
Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders above $60.
Standard Delivery
For orders $59 and under, a standard delivery fee of $8.90 applies.
Express 1-Hour Delivery
Need your tacos fast? Choose our Express 1-Hour Delivery for just $18 per order. Please note that this service requires an additional 15 minutes for order processing. If your delivery is late, the express delivery fees will be refunded.
Delivery Time Slots
We deliver daily with hourly slots from 11 am to 8 pm. Please select your preferred time at checkout.
Extended Delivery
For locations such as Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island/Port, and Restricted Zones, an extended delivery fee of $30 per order applies. Free delivery is not available for these areas.
Re-delivery
In the event of a failed delivery due to reasons such as no recipient or wrong address, a re-delivery fee of $25 per order will be charged. Please ensure all information provided at checkout is accurate.
Surcharges
Additional surcharges apply during peak periods:
- $3 on Fridays to Sundays
- $3 on the eve of public holidays
- $3 on public holidays
Wet Weather Conditions
Our drivers will do their best to meet your delivery timeslot, rain or shine. However, during monsoon periods, road conditions may slow down deliveries. We ask for your understanding as we prioritise our drivers’ safety.
Missing or Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive a wrong item or an item is missing, please WhatsApp us immediately at +65 8183 0915. All disputes must be raised within 60 minutes of delivery for prompt action. If the issue is reported after 60 minutes, compensation will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Order Cancellation
Cancellations within 48 hours of your delivery time slot will incur a 5% administration fee. For example, if your delivery is scheduled for 10 January, 6 pm to 7 pm, cancelling anytime after 6 pm on 8 January will result in a 5% fee.
Special Requests
We understand that preferences vary. If you have specific dietary requests, such as “less salt,” or “less oil,” please note them in your order. Our kitchen will do its best to accommodate your needs. Please also take note of any allergens in your selected items.
